 James R. Welch
President
Jim started in construction as a carpenter apprentice in 1972, becoming a
journeyman in 1976, and moved quickly into a management role. He worked on
custom homes, custom millwork installation for residential, commercial and
institutional projects, and worked for the largest design builder of room
additions for over seven years. He honed his management skills by running the
operations side of companies that had annual revenues in excess of 60 million
dollars. His management style has proven to bring out peak performance and
accountability of employees. He has also budgeted and scheduled very complex
projects. Jim brings with him the ability to see the end result and can help
guide you to the best possible design.
Jim and his wife Andi have three grown daughters and moved from the Chicago area
to the Jacksonville in 2004, they currently live in Bartram Springs.

Vice-President
Dan hails from the northeast, moving from Buffalo, NY to Long Island and New
Jersey at a young age. Like Jim, Dan was a carpenter’s apprentice, becoming a
journeyman in 1984. Dan has also worked in all types of construction in New
York and New Jersey area prior to moving to Ponte Vedra Beach in 1992. He
operated his own company for 10 years, building custom homes and additions. The
ability to run multiple projects and keep them on time and under budget with out
sacrificing quality keeps Dan head and shoulders above his peers.
